These are very unusual and testing times for all of us and we fully appreciate the consequences these recent events may have had on your business and you personally.

We know there are a lot of questions around events and weddings, whether you have one booked or are planning one in the future. We want to keep you all informed so, we have complied a list of Q & A’s that you will find useful but please know that we are also at the end of the phone should you need us.



What is your cancellation policy?

Each event or wedding will be treated individually, and it will depend on the process and stage we are at. Unfortunately, if it is within 7 days of the date of the event we cannot accept any changes or cancellation as all flowers will have been ordered and staff confirmed. Delivery charges will be refunded. 

Our cancellation policy is being reviewed daily based on government advice. 

Can we postpone?

Yes, for no extra cost and we will ensure you receive priority in our diary .

Are all flowers still available?

Should there be any difficulty suppling flowers quoted due to import issues we guarantee that we will endeavour to source and substitute with the same similar or better-quality product. Under such circumstances we will try where possible to notify and agree with you prior to your event or wedding. 

Are you still delivering for Mother’s Day?

Yes, Mother’s day on the 22nd March is firmly in our diary and we will do our best to accommodate all orders inline with any updates or advice from the government and will keep you posted on any changes.  

Are you taking future bookings?

Yes, we are still taking bookings for 2020. We are continuing to monitor government guidelines and are maintaining our flexibility with moving dates should this be necessary. We will do all we can to accommodate you, despite the current uncertainty we are optimistic about future events and weddings. 

What are you doing as a business to reduce the risks?

We are following government advice and will review this each day. 

Of course we have stepped up our levels of hygiene and our staff are even more vigilant with regards to sanitising. 

If you are concerned about deliveries during this time then please pop a note in the ‘Special delivery Instructions’ to state a no contact delivery is required. 


We are keeping as up to date as possible, this situation has seen a huge impact on our industry and we will strive to continue to do what we can to support our clients, friends and family.
